This position is essential for expanding client outreach, identifying new opportunities, and supporting sales growth through targeted lead development. The successful candidate will contribute to building a strong pipeline for future business. This is a great opportunity for an individual who's looking to build a strong sales career, were seeking a candidate that has had exposure to cold calling, lead generation or general sales outreach to join this amazing team.


Key Responsibilities



  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and market segments.

  • Engage with prospects through outbound communication channels such as calls, emails, and social media.

  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria and pass qualified prospects to the sales team.

  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and interactions in the CRM system.

  • Follow up consistently to nurture relationships and foster continued interest.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted strategies for lead generation.


Person Specification



  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable using digital tools and CRM platforms for outreach and data management.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.

  • Adaptable and open to learning new methods of outreach and client engagement.


What’s On Offer



  • London: £130.43 + £19.57 holiday pay (total £150) – £138.34 + £20.75 holiday pay (£159.09)

  • Leeds: £110.67 + £16.60 holiday pay (total £127.27) – £118.58 + £17.79 holiday pay (£136.36)
