This role supports the Occupational Health & Wellbeing Service by providing counselling, group support, education, and sign‑posting to staff. Key duties include:

• Offering individual counselling to staff returning to or remaining at work.
• Delivering group support sessions and educational initiatives.
• Coordinating sign‑posting to appropriate services based on clinical needs.
• Maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.
• Managing administrative tasks and documentation for the team.

Requirements:

• Current professional registration to practice as a qualified counsellor (BACP, UKCP, NCPS).
• Evidence of recent and relevant CPD.

Other information:

• Subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and requires DBS check.
• Location: North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust (address omitted).
