Technology Software (Data) – Recruitment Director – London – City

Basic salary £70-90k & high OTE uncapped

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the existing sales team within the Data Recruitment market
• Client‑facing role: develop existing clients to their full potential and win new business
• Operational management and management of the sales pipeline
• Setting of budgets and strategy in line with company goals
• Integral role in setting company strategy
• Technology areas cover: Data analytics and software development

Qualifications

• Proven track record across the Technology marketplace
• Existing team‑management experience is required
• Proven track record of driving and delivering growth
• Desire to win business and lead by example
