Key Responsibilities
Develop Key Accounts
- Build credible and strong relationships within the customer base and with internal stakeholders to develop and execute Joint Business Plans aligned with agreed sales objectives.
- Develop deep understanding of the retailer and network within the account to grow Lindt’s business.
- Maintain high professionalism in account management and nurture effective customer relationships.
- Secure new business through networking, trade shows, sampling events and relationship building.
- Focus on account profitability and sustainability over short to mid‑term periods.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to relay feedback from customer partners.
Deliver Sales Controllables
- Deliver on the in‑year plan & budget aligned with company strategy.
- Create and manage robust Joint Business and Account Plans.
- Achieve growth and strategic objectives by portfolio, meeting NTS requirements, RSV, profit, and market‑share goals.
- Optimize commercial spend and drive sustainable growth of Lindt NNP.
- Develop collaborative relationships with Lindt cross‑functional teams.
- Provide outstanding visibility on performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales within a major FMCG organization.
- Track record of managing and executing Joint Business Plans successfully.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Performance‑driven, tenacious, and goal oriented.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally, both internally and externally.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to manage multiple P&Ls, budgets and investments.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- IT literate – proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Valid UK driving licence.
Benefits
Internal level 2 – Salary range £50,000 – £62,000. Additional benefits include car allowance, bonus, pension, life cover, chocolate allowance, chocolate giveaways, chocolate discount, birthday day off and more.
Location
This role is based in Richmond upon Thames, London (Hybrid Working: 60% in the office, 40% WFH).
