An employee engagement consultancy with over 20 years in business has a fully integrated model that combines creative communications, behavioural science, and data analytics under one roof. Most agencies specialise in one discipline – this 50‑strong team spans culture experts to brand storytellers, working with global enterprises and fast‑growing scale‑ups across finance, retail, healthcare, technology, and manufacturing.
The Role
You’ll drive project delivery from concept to completion, transforming creative briefs into executable project plans and managing implementation across timeline, budget, and quality standards. This means maintaining visibility across all moving parts of multiple concurrent projects, proactively identifying problems before they impact clients, and keeping internal teams and external stakeholders aligned on progress and outcomes.
You’ll own delivery accountability for employee experience projects that enhance workplace culture and engagement, building relationships with both internal teams and clients while bringing fresh ideas to creative communication challenges. The role combines project planning using Gantt charts and management tools with client‑facing work and internal reporting across creative, planning, and delivery functions.
The Package
- Annual salary review with bonus potential
- Coaching and development opportunities
- Company pension scheme
- 25 days' holiday, rising to 27 after five years and 30 after ten
- Enhanced maternity and paternity pay
- Employee assistance programme
- Regular away days and company socials
The Person
A project management professional with 2 – 3 years' experience in creative agencies or consultancies, comfortable with client‑facing work and internal reporting.
You’ve likely worked at a similar boutique agency or larger consultancy, handling multiple projects simultaneously using project management tools and coordinating internal teams to deliver quality work on time and on budget. You understand creative briefs and campaign delivery, and you’re ready to run smaller client engagements as the primary contact.
A more diverse team is a more creative team.
It’s our job to build teams of people, and we’re proud to bring together a global network of diverse talent.
All applicants will be considered without regard to race, nationality, religious persuasion, sexual orientation, sex, marital or parental status, physical ability, gender, or age.
