Role Overview
- Take responsibility for the pub's operation during your shift, ensuring compliance with company operating standards and legislation, handling customers, administration, and cash management
- Lead, support, and motivate the team
- Prioritise tasks, delegate and problem-solve
- Work a variety of shifts across the week (including front of house and in the kitchen)
- Deliver high standards in all areas: cleanliness, product quality, customer service, maintenance and atmosphere
