Group Home Manager

Home of Hope LLC (HoH) is a private company created to provide excellent home care services to help individuals with developmental disabilities and brain disorders to maximize their potentials for an active and satisfying life. Home of Hope LLC is currently seeking a full‑time Group Home Manager to join its team. The Group Home Manager is responsible for organizing and managing a group home for individuals who require daily support with personal care, daily living, and other activities.

Job type: Full time/Part time
Shift and schedule: Day shift
Location: Manchester, NH

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, or related field. High School certificate with 5 years of experience, including 2 years as a manager of a group home.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a group home or similar setting.
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations concerning group homes and services.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities and diverse populations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and be available for emergency situations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall operation of the group home and ensure it is in compliance with all state and federal regulations.
  • Develop and maintain budgets and financial responsibility for the group homes.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment is provided.
  • Monitor and review the quality of care and services provided by the support staff.
  • Hire, train, supervise, and schedule employees of the group homes.
  • Complete and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient operation of the group home.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide relevant feedback to team members.
