We are looking for a CRM Executive to take ownership of multi‑channel marketing campaigns for a market‑leading customer engagement and loyalty business that partners with some of the UK’s biggest brands. The role will support and elevate our CRM strategy across email, push, SMS and in‑app messaging.

Responsibilities

  • Build, deliver and optimise CRM campaigns across email, push, SMS and in‑app messaging.
  • Own brief, test, and perform performance analysis of campaigns.
  • Work closely with CRM leadership, product and creative teams to drive engagement, improve retention and enhance the customer experience.
  • Contribute to strategy and continuously optimise customer journeys through data, segmentation and A/B testing.
