Description
Role Locations: Southgate Campus, Barnet Campus, Colindale Campus and Boreham Wood Football Academy.
The role provides an effective enrolment service for new students during a key enrolment period. It requires a good eye for detail, the ability to work in a high‑paced environment while enrolling students on their courses using the college’s digital systems and following the provided guidance and processes.
The role requires building rapport with people and developing comprehensive knowledge of a range of college enrolment digital systems to facilitate successful enrolment. Previous experience of similar service is desirable.
Applicants must demonstrate a student/customer‑centred approach, aiming to remove barriers and ensure a comprehensive positive experience.
Key Responsibilities

- Provide cover or support for team members and undertake any other duties required by your line manager, including attending other Barnet and Southgate College campuses if required.
