  • Liaising with prescribing services and other agencies to coordinate care.
  • Supporting clients through structured recovery programmes, fostering long‑term change.

Requirements

  • Enhanced DBS clearance (essential).
  • Experience working with opiate clients in a recovery‑focused setting.
  • Strong knowledge of harm reduction, safeguarding, and substance misuse interventions.
  • Excellent caseload management and organisational skills.
