About the role

We’re looking for an Assistant CRM Manager to support the delivery of targeted, data-driven campaigns across email, push notifications and direct mail. You’ll play a key role in planning, executing and optimising CRM activity to drive customer engagement, retention and revenue.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver multi‑channel CRM campaigns end-to-end
  • Use customer data and segmentation to target and personalise communications
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on insight and testing
  • Work closely with internal teams to align CRM activity with wider marketing and trading plans
  • Support continuous improvement through A/B testing and performance analysis

About you
