About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to support our client’s site. As Supervisor you will ensure that cleaning staff perform their duties efficiently, maintain high cleanliness standards, and contribute to a safe and hygienic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a small team, looking after rotas, holidays and performance; responsible for delivering training and ensuring all records are updated correctly.
  • Overseeing and assisting with the cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells and washrooms (plus other ad‑hoc areas).
  • Conducting cleaning audits weekly and escalating any areas of concern.
  • Managing the ordering of stock and consumables, updating the stock management system and distributing to cleaning cupboards.
  • Engaging regularly with customers/clients, assisting as needed and communicating at all levels.

Ideal Candidate

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise tasks.
  • Must undergo background screening prior to starting the role.
