We are looking for an Assistant Branch Manager within the Builders Merchants / Building Supplies world! Our client is a well‑respected distributor of construction supplies and building products supplying building materials into the construction sector.

Responsibilities

• Assist on all aspects of the branch business.
• Support operational functions and sales initiatives.
• Lead and manage branch staff, fostering a customer‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Management skills.
• Assistant Branch Manager experience.
• Sales experience within the construction supplies sector.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Natural leadership and people management skills.
• Working knowledge of Construction Supplies / Building Materials / Builders Merchants.
