Compliance Specialist – Legal Research & Analysis | $40/hr Remote

Responsibilities

• Conduct critical reviews of AI-generated interview content focused on diverse legal topics and scenarios.
• Evaluate legal reasoning, argumentation, and accuracy within training materials, recommending improvements.
• Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to elevate the quality and relevance of legal interview questions and answers.
• Ensure all materials reflect current laws, regulations, and ethical practices across applicable jurisdictions.
• Spot issues, assess risk areas, and identify gaps in legal content, contributing to ongoing compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional team members to continuously enhance AI models legal capabilities.

Requirements

• Have a minimum of experience in legal practice or legal research.
• Demonstrate proven expertise in legal research, analysis, and case law interpretation.
• Have demonstrated experience in contract review and drafting legal documents.
• Possess strong knowledge of legal frameworks, regulations, and compliance standards.
• Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and accuracy.
