Responsibilities
- Oversee daily stockroom operations, ensuring inventory is managed efficiently and the work environment remains clean and safe.
- Monitor stock levels, maintain precise inventory records, and coordinate with internal teams to reorder supplies as needed to ensure optimal availability.
- Supervise the receipt of goods, verify the accuracy and quality of incoming shipments, and ensure items are properly logged and stored in their correct locations.
- Lead, train, and mentor stockroom team members, assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to ensure smooth and efficient operations in line with company policies.

- Proven experience in stockroom or warehouse management.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency with inventory management systems and databases.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
- Working knowledge of Lacoste inventory management processes
