Production Team Leader – Food Manufacturing

We are recruiting for an experienced Production Team Leader to join a fast‑paced food manufacturing operation. This is a hands‑on role focused on driving production performance, leading teams, and maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations across processing and packing
• Ensure production targets and KPIs are achieved
• Motivate, manage, and support production staff on shift
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety
• Monitor HACCP and quality procedures
• Reduce downtime, waste, and improve operational efficiency
• Liaise with engineering and maintenance teams to keep production running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Team Leader or Supervisory experience within food manufacturing
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Experience working in a fast‑paced production environment
• Confident communicator with strong leadership skills
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Good IT skills and knowledge of production systems
