A market leading, FCSA accredited Umbrella Company is seeking a Business Development/Client Relationship Manager to support and grow key recruitment agency accounts across Central London & the South East.

This role suits an experienced umbrella sales or account management professional with PAYE umbrella experience.

Key Duties

  • Managing and growing agency accounts
  • Increase PAYE umbrella referrals and consultant enquiries
  • Act as a key contact for recruitment agencies and consultants
  • Resolve agency queries in partnership with internal teams
  • Identify cross-sell and account growth opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records including account mapping
  • Support umbrella legislation and PAYE training for consultants
  • Attend agency meetings, events and hospitality as required

Required Experience

  • Minimum 2 years experience within the Umbrella Company sector
  • Proven PAYE umbrella knowledge
  • Sales or account management background
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • CRM and Microsoft Office experience

Desirable

  • Experience in a split sales and account support role
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Proven ability to exceed 50+ outbound calls per day
  • Highly organised, self‑motivated and able to work independently
  • Experience using CRM systems and internal sales tools
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Previous collaboration with internal sales, compliance or marketing teams

Package

  • OTE £50,000 year one
