Job Description:

This position reports directly to the Director and plays a key role in overseeing daily operations, service quality, and operational scalability of Yuan Li Heng 431 Pte. Ltd. The role interfaces with therapists, front-line staff, and management to ensure consistent delivery of structured therapeutic wellness services aligned with the company’s TCM based philosophy. The Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining service excellence through operational standardization and team development.

Specific Responsibilities

  1. 1.Developing and implementing new policy for therapeutic services, customer journey, and outlet operations
  2. 2.Overseeing daily operations to ensure service consistency, efficiency, and quality across all customer touchpoints
  3. 3.Managing and supervising staff to ensure alignment with the Yuan Balance Therapy System and company standards
  4. 4.Monitoring customer experience, handling feedback, and driving continuous service improvement initiatives
  5. 5.Establishing and optimizing core operational processes, including workflow design, service standardization, and structured staff onboarding
  6. 6.Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and relevant regulatory requirements
  7. 7.Coordinating staff scheduling, resource allocation, and daily operational planning
  8. 9.Implementing staff training and development programmes to enhance service skills and consistency
  9. 10.Managing operational costs and supporting budget control to improve overall efficiency
  10. 11.Supporting digitalization and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and reporting
  11. 12.Building scalable operational frameworks and systems to support sustainable business growth

Technical Skills and Competencies

  1. 1.Strong knowledge of operations management, developing new policies and process optimization
  2. 2.Understanding of wellness, therapeutic services, or TCM based operational models
  3. 3.Ability to manage teams, conduct training, and develop staff competencies
  4. 4.Experience in customer experience management and service quality control
  5. 5.Proficiency in operational systems, scheduling tools, and basic data tracking/reporting
  6. 6.Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  7. 7.Ability to implement scalable operational frameworks
  8. 8.Adaptability to dynamic operational environments and evolving business needs

Salary

Mature Mid Career Individuals – $3,800
