Creative Communications & Operations Specialist (EMEA)
London / Watford (1–2 days in office)
A leading luxury fashion brand is looking for a Creative Communications & Operations Specialist to support its EMEA team across retail and creative functions.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys working across creative, communications, and operations, helping bring brand campaigns and in‑store experiences to life.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage the EMEA creative calendar across stores and markets
- Send out weekly updates, communications, and project briefs to regional teams
- Create presentation decks and visual materials for global teams
- Join weekly trade calls and share updates with senior stakeholders
- Support store installations, seasonal launches, and creative projects
- Help coordinate logistics, props, and shipments for campaigns
- Create training guides and retail standards for store teams
- Act as a super user for internal communication platforms
What they’re looking for:
- Experience in admin, communications, or operations (ideally in a creative or retail environment)
- Strong organisation and multitasking skills
- Confident communicator with great attention to detail
- Interest in fashion, creative, or brand environments
- Good knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint
- Experience with Adobe (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is a bonus
