A global insurer is establishing an AI hub to drive responsible, production-grade AI adoption across underwriting, claims and operations.

This is a formation-stage, high-visibility role with enterprise reach.

This is not an experimentation role. It is about translating business need into governed, scalable AI outcomes.

You will:

• Act as internal AI advisor to business leaders
• Turn use cases into structured, measurable delivery plans
• Build and embed AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act awareness)
• Create communities of practice and drive adoption
• Oversee smaller AI initiatives to ensure production readiness

You will operate between underwriting, Portfolio Analytics, IT and compliance — balancing innovation with risk, ROI and regulation.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience delivering AI in a regulated environment
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering and limitations
• Governance mindset and stakeholder credibility
• Ability to move initiatives from concept to production
