Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Mobile Smart Repair Technician based in Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire. The technician will be responsible for repairing vehicles with bodywork or alloys wheel damage. Key day-to-day tasks include performing smart repair techniques, ensuring tools and equipment are optimally maintained, and delivering high-quality work effectively and efficiently. Establishing and maintaining excellent communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction will be an integral part of this role.
Qualifications
- Previous bodyshop or smart repair experience
- Ability to ensure exceptional Customer Satisfaction through professional interactions and quality work
- Excellent Communication skills
- Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the designated area
- Previous experience in the automotive repair industry
