Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor business analysts, defining strategy and ensuring quality of work across complex, multi‑workstream transformation programs.
  • Work closely with Life Sciences and Healthcare clients to capture requirements, identify critical success factors, and conduct discovery sessions.
  • Analyze client workflows, develop As‑Is and To‑Be process models, and produce clear requirement artefacts such as user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Act as the primary point of contact to ensure solutions are built right the first time, collaborating with development and testing teams.
  • Support development of propositions, proposals and RFP responses in the sector.
  • Mentor junior team members and stay current with evolving technology landscapes and industry best practices.

Essential Qualifications

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific, engineering, or technology discipline.
  • Proven experience leading and managing projects or significant workstreams with strong project‑management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills, able to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst in Biotech/Pharma Life Sciences, with domain knowledge of LIMS, ELN and CTMS.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and resolve delivery roadblocks, engaging leadership and escalating when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant professional certifications such as Business Analysis (BCS, IIBA), Agile (Certified ScrumMaster/Product Owner) or Prince2.
  • Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g., GxP, clinical, diagnostic workflows).
  • Master’s degree or equivalent advanced qualification.
  • Experience with agile methodologies in regulated contexts.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Visio, Miro or Confluence.
  • Expertise in business‑analysis techniques, including requirements elicitation, BPMN process modelling and documentation.
