Quantity Surveyor

International consultancy with an impressive portfolio of hotel and residential projects seeks a Quantity Surveyor based in Sheffield.

Responsibilities

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be part of a large, innovative QS team, delivering a diverse range of high‑profile hotel and residential schemes across Yorkshire and the North of England. The role includes working with established private‑sector clients from pre‑contract and feasibility studies through to final accounts.

Qualifications

• Hold a Quantity Surveyor degree or similar
• Working towards chartership
• Pre‑ and post‑contract knowledge
• Strong client communication skills
• Hotel or residential project experience
• Experience within a PQS or consultancy environment
