What You’ll Be Doing
As a Project Manager at ADT, you will drive complex construction projects for prestigious clients, overseeing cost management, project delivery, health & safety, and subcontractor coordination while ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.

- Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and on-site teams to guarantee projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Drive project success – manage schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth delivery.
- Prioritize safety & efficiency – promote a culture of health & safety and enforce best practices.
- Build strong relationships – collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and team members to foster teamwork.
- Solve challenges proactively – tackle ambiguity with confidence and address issues in real time.
