We are currently seeking an organised and proactive Construction Administrator to support a busy project. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and experience within the Housing Development Sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the project and site teams
  • Managing and maintaining project documentation, drawings, and registers
  • Coordinating inductions, site access, and compliance paperwork
  • Assisting with meeting minutes, reports, and correspondence
  • Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
  • Supporting commercial and delivery teams with general admin duties
  • Ensuring records are accurate and updated in line with project requirements

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a construction or Development Sector (essential)
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience using document management systems (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
