Factory Supervisor – Food Manufacturing

£14.00 – £15.00 per hour (DOE)
The Role:
As Factory Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring production targets, quality standards and safety requirements are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily production activities to meet output and quality targets
- Operate, monitor and troubleshoot production machinery
- Identify and resolve mechanical issues to minimise downtime
- Ensure production schedules are met efficiently and safely
- Provide hands‑on support, guidance and direction to production staff
- Maintain a clean, safe and well‑organised manufacturing environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role
- Strong, hands‑on experience working on manufacturing lines
- Good mechanical knowledge with confidence in fault‑finding and problem‑solving
- FLT Counterbalance licence preferred but not essential
- Basic people management or supervisory experience
- Flexible approach to working hours to support operational needs
Hours & Pay:
- 37.5 to 39 hours per week, depending on shift pattern
- Start times between 6:00am and 7:00pm
- Finish times between 2:00pm and 3:00pm
- Pay rate of £14.00 – £15.00 per hour, depending on experience
