You’ll lead and inspire a dedicated sales team, support our customers with everything from parts to tooling, and help us secure the best supplier deals along the way. What We’re Looking For
- A natural leader who thrives in a team environment
- Someone with strong customer service experience (sales background is a bonus, but not essential)
- Ideally exposure to manufacturing, MRO, PPE, or trade counters—but don’t worry, full training is provided
- Hands‑on managers who enjoy supporting their team while staying connected with customers
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, coach, and develop the internal sales team to exceed targets and deliver outstanding service
- Set, monitor, and manage performance goals for individuals and the team
- Work closely with suppliers and technical specialists to create opportunities for growth
- Oversee sales administration, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently
- Build strong customer relationships—handling queries directly and spotting opportunities to upsell across our product portfolio
- Drive quotation management by leading from the front and encouraging best practice
