Contract: Full-Time (37 hours); Term-Time including whole school closure days, plus five working days during the summer holiday period
Salary: £25,185 per annum pro-rata, actual salary for term-time only plus whole school closure days £21,897 per annum
Our client is seeking a proactive Administration and Classroom Cover Assistant to join their supportive and friendly support staff team.

About the Role
You will be a friendly point of contact for students, staff, and colleagues, supporting daily office and reception operations, maintaining student records, and handling communications with parents. You will track daily attendance, follow up on unexplained absences, and liaise with our client’s pastoral teams. You will supervise pre-set work across a range of subjects (Key Stages 3 and 4), managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
