Client Account Manager
Location: Denton, UK (Visual Architects HQ)
Reporting to: Head of Sales
About the Role
Are you a hunter with a strategic mind? Visual Architects is looking for a high-energy Client Account Manager to fuel our sales pipeline and expand our reach in the immersive event design industry.
You won't just be "making calls"—you will be a brand ambassador, identifying the world’s most exciting brands and events and connecting them with our award-winning creative themes. You are the engine that starts the journey from a "cold lead" to a "spectacular live event."
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Growth: Proactively identify and pursue high-value leads using LinkedIn, Google, and social media to expand our reach.
- Omni-Channel Outreach: Maintain a disciplined diary to manage outreach across telephone, email, social media, and CRM (HubSpot).
- Relationship Architecture: Cultivate and nurture relationships with prospects, transforming initial interest into tangible business opportunities.
- Strategic Matching: Analyze our unique company themes and source clients that perfectly match our current inventory and creative capabilities.
- Lead Qualification & Handover: Conduct initial discovery meetings to identify client needs. Qualify these leads and facilitate a seamless handover of details to our delivery and creative teams.
- Pitching & Events: Attend industry conferences and events to network and bring in new business. You will also join Creative Producers in high-stakes client meetings to help deliver winning pitches.
- Client Retention & Feedback: Re-engage with past clients to update them on new themes, and follow up with "lost" clients to gather feedback and refine our future strategies.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends and industry dynamics to capitalize on emerging opportunities and adapt your acquisition strategy accordingly.

- Highly Disciplined: You are a self-starter who can manage a complex diary and keep a CRM (HubSpot) meticulously updated.
- A Natural Communicator: You possess the "gift of gab" and can effectively convey complex value propositions to high-level stakeholders.
- Strategic & Insightful: You don't just find leads; you find the right leads based on market trends and our specific creative strengths.
- Socially Savvy: You are an expert at utilizing digital platforms for prospecting and building a professional network.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or Sales (Creative or Event industry experience is a major plus).
- Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM software.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to assist in creative pitches.
- Ability to travel for industry events and client meetings.
