What you’ll be doing
- Leading the sales team — setting the tone, driving performance, and creating a culture of accountability and support
- Developing and executing the sales strategy to accelerate growth across key service lines
- Owning key client relationships and leading from the front on major opportunities
- Forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management to ensure clarity, consistency, and commercial rigour
- Collaborating with operations and marketing to ensure seamless service delivery and strong market positioning

- Proven experience leading successful sales teams — you’ve built, coached, and developed people, not just managed them
