What you’ll be doing


  • Leading the sales team — setting the tone, driving performance, and creating a culture of accountability and support
  • Developing and executing the sales strategy to accelerate growth across key service lines
  • Owning key client relationships and leading from the front on major opportunities
  • Forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management to ensure clarity, consistency, and commercial rigour
  • Collaborating with operations and marketing to ensure seamless service delivery and strong market positioning


What you’ll bring


  • Proven experience leading successful sales teams — you’ve built, coached, and developed people, not just managed them
  • A hands‑on leadership style — you’re visible, involved, and lead by example
  • A strong commercial mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and shape propositions
  • Experience in the services sector (any service‑led environment considered)
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
