Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in London for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, understanding client business needs, and recommending appropriate financial solutions. The role involves working with internal teams, managing client accounts, and ensuring a seamless experience while driving client success. Key tasks include identifying new business opportunities, providing insights and reporting, and maintaining regular communication and high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Proven skills in Relationship Management, Client Communication, and Customer Service
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • High degree of self motivation and desire to drive success
  • Demonstrate a commitment to achieve the highest standards
  • Strong IT, customer service, organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to create and maintain strong client relationships, communicate with clients and key stakeholders
  • Good understanding of the products offered (loans and asset finance) and the markets that Swoop target (desired but training is provided)
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and influence decisions
  • Understand the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, our customers and our business

Base salary – 25,000 to 30,000 plus OTE
