B2B Sales Executive

Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 base + £10,000 – £20,000 OTE

Type: Full time, permanent

The Opportunity

We are looking for ambitious and motivated individuals to join our growing sales team in Leeds as B2B Sales Executives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their sales career or looking to move into a commercial role. No previous experience is required as full training and ongoing support will be provided.

You will be joining a fast paced environment where success is recognised and progression is genuinely achievable.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective business clients through phone, email, and virtual meetings
• Build strong relationships and identify client needs
• Present products and services with confidence and clarity
• Manage your own pipeline and track progress against targets
• Work towards and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Maintain accurate records of activity and client interactions
