Key Responsibilities :
- Driving the delivery of the product strategy and innovation roadmap
- Leading new product development from concept through to launch
- Using market, consumer, and competitor insights to identify opportunities
- Owning product briefs and working closely with internal teams to bring them to life
- Partnering with commercial teams to ensure product performance and profitability
- Managing product launches, ensuring alignment with marketing and trade activity
- Conducting range reviews, competitor analysis, and ongoing market mapping
- Acting as the go-to expert for product across the business
Main Knowledge and Experience Required :
- Proven experience in Product Management or NPD within FMCG or consumer goods
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret data and insights
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Confident working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders
- Strong project management skills & flexibility to work on numerous projects at once
- A proactive, organised mindset with a passion for product and innovation
