This business are probably the leading manufacturer in their sector with a strong product range who are well known for a high quality product and strong service offering.


Culturally they are a nice business which is over 50 years established and who have a track record of people staying for the long term and progressing their careers with them. They are very flexible to work for and fully understand people balancing life around their job.


We are seeking someone with strong food ingredients experience in savoury, bakery, snacks or similar categories. People from an Account Management or potentially customer facing product development backgrounds will be considered.


The role combines strategic account management, business development and technical project support, with a focus on strengthening existing customer relationships and developing new opportunities across the UK market.


The successful candidate will manage key customer accounts, identify opportunities for growth across multiple product categories, and work closely with Commercial, Technical and R&D teams in the UK and Europe to deliver tailored customer solutions.


This role could focus on customers and can also take on leadership of a small team if desired.


Home based role with travel to the office in the south east of England 2-3 days per month.


Package circa £60k + car + good benefits.
