It’s particularly well suited to someone who enjoys being hands-on. You’ll be trusted to manage priorities, work directly with customers, coordinate trials and ensure projects keep moving at pace without compromising quality or attention to detail.


The business already has strong retailer relationships in place, so this isn’t about firefighting or constant pressure selling. It’s about delivering high-quality products, building credibility with customers and helping drive the next phase of growth across the site.


You’ll need previous experience within food manufacturing and a solid understanding of retailer-led NPD. Exposure to chilled or added-value categories would be highly beneficial, alongside strong organisational skills and the confidence to communicate with both internal stakeholders and external customers.
