As an Insights & MI Analyst, you will own the end‑to‑end performance reporting, dashboards, and insight loops that drive prioritisation, optimisation, forecasting, and growth across both core and emerging propositions.
You’ll be the engine behind accurate, timely, actionable insight — ensuring the business has a single source of truth and a clear understanding of what’s working, what isn’t, and where to focus next.

You will own the full MI and reporting suite for the Customer Office, covering:
You’ll establish clear, consistent metric definitions aligned to Sales and Marketing OKRs, ensuring reporting is governed, trusted, and aligned to central data standards.
