Construction Project Manager – London Property Developer (West London)
Salter Grange is recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of a new residential development project in West London. You will lead the scheme from pre‑construction through to handover, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all stages of the project lifecycle
- Manage design teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Oversee planning, procurement, risk management, and programme delivery
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, health & safety, and sustainability requirements
- Monitor budgets, cashflow, and cost control
- Provide clear reporting to senior leadership and investors
- Build strong relationships with local authorities, community groups, and external partners
- Drive quality assurance and ensure the project meets design and performance objectives
About You
We’re looking for a confident, capable Project Manager who brings both technical expertise and strong leadership. You should have:
- Experience delivering residential or regeneration projects
- Strong understanding of planning processes, construction methodologies, and development finance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
- The ability to manage multiple workstreams and make informed decisions under pressure
- Relevant qualifications in construction, project management, engineering, or a related field
