We’re looking for driven and enthusiastic people to join our Engineering Fitter apprenticeship programme, starting in September 2026. You will have the opportunity to gain practical workplace experience alongside classroom-based learning, all while earning a salary.

The Programme:

Both mechanical and electrical apprentices will follow a similar training pathway, which includes exposure to departments such as Stores, Production, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering.

You will have the opportunity to rotate throughout the factory, acquiring the skills and knowledge about the processes involved in constructing our products.

In your final year, you will complete an end-point assessment (EPA) which takes place after you have completed all your training and gained the necessary skills and knowledge required for the job. The EPA typically includes a project, multiple choice test and professional discussion.

Successful completion of the EPA will lead to a nationally recognised Level 4 HNC in Engineering.
