A bit about you
If you’re looking for an opportunity to work in a dynamic and passionate CDM team, where we deliver high quality CDM compliance to our clients, this role is for you. We are looking for an experienced CDM Principal Designer/CDM Consultant who is able to manage CDM compliance on projects across residential, industrial and rail sectors.
We’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience to join our team:
Required Skills
NEBOSH Diploma, Degree in Health and Safety or Equivalent
Association for Project Safety (APS), IOSH
Understanding and application of CDM Regulations 2015
Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations
Preferable but not essential skills
Competence in Fire Risk Assessments
Building Regulations Duties
Understanding of or willing to learn Building Regulations Schedule 1 requirements
Experience in HRB projects
Experience in the rail sector (desirable) or willing to learn.
