Sales Support Specialist

£21,000–£26,500 salary, full-time permanent role, and sensible working hours with an earlier finish on Fridays. This is a junior-level position that gives you real exposure to the commercial engine of a vehicle leasing business, not just box-ticking admin. You will sit at the centre of the sales-to-delivery process, seeing deals through from order to handover.

It suits someone who likes order, clarity, and seeing things finished properly. You will deal with customers, suppliers, and internal teams daily, building confidence and commercial awareness as you go. The role offers genuine progression for someone who wants to grow within sales support, operations, or account management.

You will be trusted with responsibility early on, supported by a close-knit team, and given the space to learn the industry properly rather than being thrown into the deep end.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing vehicle orders from signed deal through to delivery and post-delivery paperwork

• Liaising with customers to guide them through finance documentation and delivery timelines

• Coordinating deliveries with suppliers once vehicles are ready and funded

• Handling invoicing, PCNs, end-of-contract processes, and accurate system updates
