Recruitment Coordinator (12-Month FTC)

We're looking for an organised, people-focused Recruitment Coordinator to join our in-house recruitment team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a hybrid role based from our Leicester office - working closely with colleagues, hiring managers and candidates to keep recruitment running smoothly across the business.

What we're looking for:

• previous experience in recruitment, either in-house or within an agency
• strong organisational skills - comfortable managing multiple roles and deadlines without dropping the ball
• excellent written and verbal communication, with a high level of attention to detail
• a genuine interest in recruitment and a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience
• solid IT skills including Microsoft Office; experience with an ATS or HR system is a plus

What you'll be doing:

• support the full recruitment process from job advertising through to onboarding, keeping things moving at every stage
• coordinate and schedule interviews, liaising with candidates, hiring managers and agencies with clarity and care
• manage recruitment administration including offers, contracts and pre-employment checks — accurately and on time
• assist with direct sourcing and screening where required, helping to identify strong candidates early
• coordinate and support assessment centres, careers fairs and recruitment events
• provide administrative support for recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives
• maintain accurate candidate records and keep the ATS up to date throughout every recruitment journey
• contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience
