About the role
As Head of Sales, you will lead our local B2B Partnerships team, drive revenue growth, and act as a general manager for the commercial side of the business. This is a player-coach role: you will personally own and grow a portfolio of strategic brand partnerships, while leading, coaching and scaling the team that does the same. You will sit on the leadership team and help shape the direction of the business alongside other senior leaders.

An experienced commercial leader who has done both, closed deals personally and built and led high-performing sales teams. You are a goal-oriented, self-motivated people-person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, thriving in a dynamic environment and always ready to roll up your sleeves and get things done. You build robust, enduring relationships with clients and colleagues, and you understand what it takes to grow a business as part of its leadership team.
The ideal candidate
• Proven track record in B2B sales / business development, with experience managing strategic partnerships and key accounts.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team management skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in retail, tech, gaming or e-mobility is a plus.
