Fashion Designer – Overview


We are partnering with a highly successful company who are seeking to recruit a Fashion Designer to join their growing team.


The Fashion Designer will be responsible for designing and developing commercial, trend-led collections across both Ladieswear and Menswear, focusing on areas such as jersey.


Key Responsibilities


  • Create concepts and moodboards that will influence design direction of ranges
  • Regularly take part in inspiration trips and competitor shopping
  • Liaise closely with overseas factories, including regular visits to the Far East, and manage the sending of CADs and technical packs
  • Attend design meetings and confidently present concepts and collections
  • Design and develop commercial, on-trend knitwear ranges


Additional Information


The successful candidate will have previous experience in a design role and demonstrate a strong work ethic, alongside excellent communication and organisational skills. The ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment is essential.
