We are currently recruiting for a Digital Test Analyst to ensure the quality and reliability of our health tech platform through structured exploratory testing, defect identification, and the progressive development of a documented regression pack.


Contract type: Permanent

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (30 minutes lunch)

Place of work: Remote (with travel to Brighton office / meetings)

Salary:£Competitive Market Rates


The Role:

The Digital Test Analyst will work closely with the product and development team, validating new features and changes, helping to maintain a high standard of software quality as the business scales. This is a hands-on testing role that requires curiosity, pragmatism, and strong communication skills.


The successful candidate will be comfortable working from user stories and tickets without exhaustive acceptance criteria, drawing on their own analytical thinking and growing product knowledge to assess whether software is working as intended. Over time, the Digital Test Analyst will become a core contributor to the team’s quality culture, helping to build testing rigour into the delivery process.
