This position gives you ownership of the full operational delivery of used leased vehicles across a pre-loved car programme, with the authority to approve work, control spend, and protect standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning the operational delivery of all used leased vehicles within the pre-loved range, ensuring every vehicle meets agreed standards before allocation

• Authorising SMR and bodywork repairs, controlling costs, and working closely with vehicle operations to ensure correct repair methods are followed

• Identifying vehicles that fall outside standard and directing them into the appropriate remarketing channel

• Coordinating with suppliers, customers, and internal order and delivery teams to ensure a smooth and consistent driver journey

What You’ll Need to Bring

• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance across ICE and electric vehicles, including LCVs

• Experience within franchised dealerships, spanning workshop and service desk environments

• Proven background in cost approval, audit, or similar commercial control roles within leasing or automotive operations

• Clear, confident communication skills and the credibility to manage suppliers, stakeholders, and customers
