Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Worcester, with a combination of on-site and remote work. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, including CNC-controlled punching machines and laser cutting systems. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, conducting routine maintenance, training clients on machine operation, and collaborating with the support team to provide timely solutions. The role requires travel to client sites and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional technical service and support.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Ability to install, maintain, and repair CNC-controlled and laser-based machinery
• Experience in customer service and client training for machinery operation
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel and flexibility to adapt to a hybrid work model
• Technical certifications or qualifications in engineering or a related field are advantageous
• Previous experience working with TRUMPF machinery is a plus
