If you are still in love with being a hands-on Warehouse Manager, and would relish the opportunity to bring your knowledge and experience to a new company and show them what good looks like, this might be your next role.

Your knowledge of the intricacies of Warehouse Management in the UK manufacturing sector will make spotting areas for improvement a doddle, and the fact that you have worked in complex warehousing environments (high-end ERP, WMS, new warehouse tech) will mean that you would hit the ground running.

You wouldn't have to manage a large team, and you wouldn't be doing a "strategic" role (away from the shop-floor), but that doesn't matter to you, because you get satisfaction from driving improvements, fixing problems, and putting in place the right metrics to drive performance.

The company is growing fast, very profitable, investing in the site, and management would give you their full support to deliver change - both operationally and culturally.

On-site, 5 days per week at their site in Suffolk

£45,000 - £50,000 + bonus (up to 10%)

25 + 8 days annual leave
