Fundraising Manager

This is Goleudy’s lead fundraising role, reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and responsible for developing and delivering a sustainable fundraising strategy. The role secures income from trusts, foundations, public sector funders, community fundraising, events, and corporate partnerships, supporting the charity’s transition to a more diversified income model.
Key duties include identifying funding opportunities, writing high‑quality applications, managing funder relationships, and delivering fundraising activity. The role also establishes effective fundraising systems, CRM records, reporting processes and compliance, working closely with Finance and internal teams to support organisational planning and long‑term sustainability.
