This is a strategic growth role focused on developing new B2B opportunities, building strong sector relationships, and delivering security solutions that prevent crime, protect assets, and reduce operational risk.

Who You Are
Security Sector Experience (Essential):
You have demonstrable experience selling security products, technologies or solutions into B2B markets.
Proven B2B Closer:
Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in complex commercial environments.
Sector Knowledge:
Experience working with or selling into Retail, Construction, Telecoms or Utilities sectors.
Commercially Astute:
Strong negotiation, pricing and contract management skills.
Consultative Seller:
You understand risk, compliance and operational drivers within enterprise environments.
Self-Motivated & Driven:
Highly proactive, resilient and comfortable operating in a performance-driven environment.
What We Offer
Competitive Base Salary: £37,500 – £45,000 (depending on experience)
Uncapped Commission Structure: Attractive OTE potential
