We’re Hiring: Business & PMO Analyst

Full Time Position | Hybrid Working

£35,000 – £43,000 depending on experience

We’re an award-winning project management and operational excellence consultancy based in Lancashire, working with organisations across the UK and internationally to deliver meaningful change, strengthen operations, and improve project delivery capability.

Our work spans Operational excellence, PMO as a Service, project and programme delivery, supply chain improvement, and project management training - supporting clients including Honeywell, Barbour, Network Rail and the Wellcome Sanger Institute.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a highly organised, commercially aware and proactive Business & PMO Analyst to join the team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both Business Analysis and PMO disciplines - someone equally comfortable supporting governance and delivery as they are engaging stakeholders, gathering requirements, and helping drive transformation initiatives forward.

If you enjoy bringing structure to complexity, great with numbers, spotting the story behind the data, and supporting meaningful business change, this could be a fantastic opportunity.

You’ll be involved in:

• Business analysis (data focused) and requirements gathering
• Transformation and operational improvement initiatives
• PMO governance and reporting
• Project coordination and delivery support
• Stakeholder workshops and client engagement
• Programme tracking, RAID management and reporting

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience within BA, PMO and/or project delivery environments
• Is highly organised and detail-oriented
• Has a strong analytical mindset and enjoys finding the meaning behind the numbers
• Communicates confidently with stakeholders
• Thrives in fast-paced environments
• Can manage multiple priorities effectively
• Is proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused
